Networker Experience
Edward does not promote himself as a ‘been there, done that’ educator yet he has been a Networker for two companies, reaching the top leadership position in one company.
Corporate Experience
Edward has been a Director of four Network Marketing companies. He was Chairman of two of them and two companies were public companies. These companies traded from Bulgaria to Taiwan. He has first hand experience in nearly all aspects of running a company.
Public listings
Edward is the only person to list two companies on a public exchange being Telecom plus PLC and AquaSource. Both companies listed in London and are still actively traded. Telecom plus, with Edward created, listed and launched, is now traded on the Main Board in London.
Share Options
Share Options schemes are used by many company wishing to tie in key people. Edward has pioneered this form of incentive introducing schemes into four companies. Many lessons have been learnt!
Governmental advice
When Edward ran a trade association in the UK, he provided advice to the DTI and other governmental regulatory and enforcement bodies. It provides unique experience understanding the mentality of governments in regards to countries.
Journalism
For two years in the mid 1990’s Edward had his own column on Business Opportunities, especially Network Marketing, normally covering half a page, in the Business Pages of London’s Evening Standard newspaper. With over 1 million readers including most opinion formers, this is the highest profile journalist position achieved in the world to date.
